Our Solution
We developed a custom Shopify theme that aligned with Leather Crown’s branding. Interactive product pages were designed to allow customers to configure their sneakers with various options, supported by high-resolution images and detailed descriptions. The navigation structure was streamlined with a mega menu and sticky header to improve user flow. The site was fully responsive, providing a seamless experience on all devices, and Accelerated Mobile Pages (AMP) were implemented to enhance mobile performance. Conversion rate optimization features such as quick view, wish lists, and abandoned cart recovery emails were added. On-page SEO best practices were implemented, and comprehensive analytics were set up to monitor site performance and gather actionable insights.
Results
The new Leather Crown eCommerce store achieved significant improvements post-launch. User engagement increased, with a 35% rise in average session duration and a 28% increase in pages per session.
